Please read all the below steps before booking your event!
Step 1: Select the date of your event.
Step 2: Select the time of your event.
(The equipment will be delivered a couple of hours before your event and it will be available for a 24 hour period after delivery.)
Step 3: Enter all your details including your drink flavors.
(For the Party Starter, select 3 flavors. For the All Nighter, select 6 flavors. If you are adding the Rimmer Station, select 4 Rimmers. No alcohol is included in any package. All alcohol has to be provided by the machine renter.)
Step 4: Once Step 3 is completed you will receive a confirmation email. In your confirmation email click on the link to make payment.
YOUR BOOKING WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE.
(This deposit is used to purchase the flavors, therefore you will need to cancel at least 2 weeks before your event to receive a full refund. After 2 weeks you will only receive a 50% refund. We will reach out to you a week before your event to confirm all the details and collect final payment.)
Rental Agreement
By booking your rental and making the deposit you are agreeing to all the below terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement.
The renter understands that they are renting a Margarita/Slushy machine from Arizona Premier Party Rentals LLC hereon known as the owner and the renter will be held responsible for any damage done to the machine while it is in the renter’s possession. This includes any damage to any part of the machine or full replacement if the machine is unrepairable.
The renter understands that the machine will be setup in a place agreed upon by both parties and setup by the owner or his representative, once in place it can’t be moved.
The owner will setup the machine, add all the drink mixes and machine settings but depending on many factors the renter may have to change some of the settings. An owner’s manual will be provided to help with any changes.
The renter understands that incorrect mixing or using unapproved products can damage the machine and the renter will be responsible for any damage.
After every rental all equipment is property cleaned and sanitized. The owner is not responsible for any illness caused by use of the machine, mixes, water or supplies. The renter takes full responsibility of any harmed caused to any persons while the machine is in the renter’s possession and holds the owner harmless.
The renter understands that running the machine while it is empty with the freezer setting on can damage the machine. They will add more drink mix provided by the owner or turn the freezer setting off.
If the machine is being left over night the renter will turn off the machine once the event is over.
By proceeding to book and making a deposit you are agreeing too all the above terms and conditions.
